The Trustees of the new Lettsom Allotments Association CIO held a meeting in the communal area next to the apiary on 11th June 2020. The minutes of the meeting will be added to the Download page as soon as they are approved.
The first Trustee meeting was on May 7th 2020. The meeting was on Zoom due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. Issues discussed included:
- Progress on renegotiating the lease with Southwark Council
- Membership data and GDPR
- Replacing the main gate lock
- Changing the Plot Allocation process
- Reallocating the DKH School plot
- Use of weedkiller on paths
- Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the allotments
